Easy To Assemble

Assembling this Zojirushi EB-CC15 Indoor Electric Grill couldn't be easier. You simply set the grill on the countertop, set the cooking grid down onto the base, plug in the power cord and you're ready to start cooking some delicious foods.

One built-in safety feature I want to point out that Zojirushi has incorporated into this grill is that unless you attach the drip tray and cooking grid to the grill, it will not turn on. This is a very nice feature that provides for much better safety, especially with children in the home.

1300 Watts Of Heating Power - Adjustable Heat Controls

This indoor barbeque grill has 1300 watts of power to cook foods at temperatures up to 410°, which is much higher than most models of indoor grills. I really like this extra heat for cooking steaks and hamburgers.

The adjustable heating controls allow you to set the temperature from 176° degrees up to 410° degrees.

Non-Stick Grilling Surface

Having a non-stick grilling surface is a must have with any indoor grill, and this Zojirushi EB-CC15 has that as well. In addition, the grilling surface measures 12-1/2 x 9-1/4 inches, which is large enough to cook your favorite foods comfortably for 2-4 people at one time.

Cool-Touch Handles And Base

The cool-touch handles on this grill are another important safety feature that I like, but included a cool-touch base is even better. No one wants to grab a hot handle or try and move the grill in an unsafe manner. These welcome additions just make it even more safe than usual.

Heats Up Quickly

This model reaches maximum cooking temperature in 8-10 minutes, which is a little better than average for indoor grills. The temperature control dial can be adjusted to a multitude of settings for cooking all types of foods by simply turning the dial to your desired setting. The cast iron grate is not only heavy duty, but it holds the heat much better than most grills.

No Smoke

The most common problem of using indoor grills is the smoke issue. Some are just plain awful and can't even be used inside. Others, like this grill, do not have smoke filling your home. It cooks up awesome vegetables like corn on the cob, zucchini and many others. There's really no limit to what you can put on this grill. And to make it even better, they've included several recipes with the user manual when you get the grill.

This handy little electric indoor grill is really quite surprising in how well it performs and produces some great tasting foods. I had never heard of it myself, but I knew others who had the grill and spoke highly of it.

The quality and performance is very good, and cleaning up afterwards is a breeze. My only issue, and it may not even be one with you, is the size of the grilling surface. It is ideal for 1-2 people. You may want to look for grills with 200+ sq. inches if you have a bigger family or use the grill to prepare bigger amounts of food.
